- Description - I ordered an outfit from Tps Clothing on 11 November 2022. They expect full payment in advance post which they process the order. I made full payment of Rs.4814 online. Post which I got a confirmation from the team acknowledging the payment. The email clearly stated that the order will be dispatched in 12-14 working days (excluding saturday, sunday and national holidays). Approx 25 working days later. There is no update on the outfit.
There is no way to contact them besides their email ( which they have not replied to since their confirmation email on 11 november 2022) and a whatsapp only number which they revert to randomly.
I messaged them on whatsapp for an update on 12 december 2022. To which they said they will check and revert. 3 days later on 15th December 2022. I messaged again at 11:30 am for update. They didnot revert. At 3:20pm on the same day when i wrote that i will file a complaint against their brand, they replied at 3:22pm saying that their staff has sent tracking details. But i have not received any details neither on my email nor whatsapp. I asked for screenshot of the email ( to know when they have emailed assuming that i may have missed their email by mistake). And no revert since.
Desirable resolution - Request a refund for the outfit. Also, if the website/brand is fake, pls take necessary measures to bring down their website so that no other consumer gets trapped in their scam. Was this information helpful? |
