I am sreelakshmi i have book ticket in apsrtc on[protected] from madanpalle to kurnool journey date[protected] bus no 6398 payment amount 522rs paid through tpsl government but ticket conformation information not get through msg or email my payment amount is debited from my account what to do please resond and resolve
