Sir, on the rajasthan home guard 2020 exam form online payment portal paytm upi paid 231.09. My transaction was succesful.in my upi payment app paytm showing transaction successfull. But on portal payment failed. My 231.09 rs. Transferred in merchant account. But services said payment failed. After that i made another payment to complete the fee process. Kindly refund my money you deducted from my account.
