Tpsl-india.in — transaction failed but money deducted from account

I payed my monthly scheme using saravana stores website which is http://saravanastoreslegend.co.in/. i was redirected
To to https://www.tpsl-india.in payment gateway, i entered my bank details
And otp, then i proceeded to pay using my rupay debit card, then an error page came up saying that my transaction failed list a bunch of possible reasons and i got a message on my phone saying my money got deducted from my account as well but my payment was not taken into account by the saravana stores website. I want a refund for this and the payment gateway should fix this issue asap as many people are having the same issue.
