Tpslqr — Amount paid but not credited on my electricity bill

Hi Team, I paid my electricity bill on 15th July 2021 using the QR code on my electricity bill, the amount was 11, 340 rupees, still that amount is not reflected on my electricity bill for Mahavitaran, If the QR is not legal then why it is their on the bill, I feel I have been scamed. Plz look into it.
