Tpslupiqr — Payment not recieved

I did payment through tpslupiql to CIBIL Transunion. but payment succesful from bank but not reached to consumer end. and also not refunded. ihave been waiting from one week. but not refunded . i am submitting proof throuh attachement images. pleease check and refund amount 800/- as early as posible
