My track n tell device is installed to keep track of the vehicle which is purchased after lot of hardships.
off late the device has also developed a technical snag which was addressed by the company after many calls & emails sent. last was developed in dec 2021.
Since 23 august 2022, my tracker is not responding & unable to locate the car.
Now since then my car is vulnerable & of stolen there may not be a chance to locate the whereabouts of the car.
I have raised a compliant since past 15 days 7 they are not giving me a solution & ask the car to be brought 250 kms from Ahmadabad to Surat for checking.
Now Being capital city gandhinagar & adjoining mega state Ahmadabad there is no presence of company here.
There will be huge cost incurred bringing the car from Ahmedabad to gandhinagar.
the company is not ready to listen.
