My courier is showing as Delivered with a signature proof, but I have not received the parcel and no one at my address has signed for it. This is the second time I am facing the same issue. Previously also, when I checked with the Tambaram team, they shared a signature image which was not mine. Kindly look into this urgently, verify the actual delivery details, and ensure proper and safe delivery of my courier at the earliest.
