Trade 4x — not giving refund of my money of rs 10000

I had paid company rs 10000 for doing trading with company but now i donot want to do so i had requested them to refund my rs 10000 to my account. But now they are not responding to my mail. At the time of joining they told that i can withdraw my money at any time i wish but now they are not refunding and even not responding to my mail. The name of my account manager was vishal and the name of person who joined me was ujwala.
