On 3rd June 2025, I paid ₹5, 000 to Trade2Foreign as an initial amount for their export assistance service. The verbal/written agreement was that the remaining payment would be made only after the successful completion of the first export deal. However, the company provided a fake buyer and then started demanding full payment, which violates the agreed terms.
Following this, the company stopped responding to my emails, messages, and phone calls. Despite my repeated attempts to contact them, they have not refunded my ₹5, 000 nor fulfilled their promised service. This has caused me mental stress, financial loss, and waste of time.
