Tradehike Consulting — Complaint Regarding Unjust Termination and Lack of Communication by Tradhike Consultants

I, Ankush Mehta, joined Tradhike Consultants as an intern starting 9th July 2025 under the supervision and reporting of Mr. Deepankar, who is also the founder of the company. I was onboarded by the company’s HR team and was actively involved in carrying out assigned responsibilities with full dedication and sincerity.

However, on 4th August 2025, my internship was suddenly discontinued without any formal communication, notice, or explanation. Despite reaching out to both Mr. Deepankar and the HR department for clarification and updates regarding the discontinuation or future steps, I did not receive any response from either party.

This unexpected termination caused mental stress, a break in learning continuity, and a waste of the time and efforts I invested during my tenure. Moreover, I was neither issued any formal termination letter nor provided with any feedback regarding my performance or reason for my removal.

This lack of transparency, professionalism, and communication by Tradhike Consultants and its management has left me with no choice but to file this formal complaint. I seek appropriate investigation into this matter and request justice for the abrupt and unfair treatment I have received as an intern.
