Trademeshop.com — Not supplying the product

I did a payment for Jio JMR of Rs 990 on Fri, Sep 3, 2021.
Its been around 15 days now, the product has not been delivered yet.
The website (https://www.trademeshop.com/) was working well when i was buying the product, but from the next day the website has stopped working.
Please get my product delivered or refund my money.
