Traderz Planet — Formal complaint against elect elite bpo services and traderzplanet for fraudulent business practices

Address: H-32 Noida sector 63
Website: www.traderzplanet.com

Hello officer,
My name is sharad chakravorty, currently residing in gaur city, noida, 201318. Originally from jabalpur, madhya pradesh, i moved to noida in 2019 for work. I have over six years of professional experience, but recently decided to transition into business. Unfortunately, during this endeavor, i became a victim of a scam.
I am writing to formally file a complaint against elect elite bpo services, located at h-32, opposite renault showroom, sector 63, noida, and their client, traderzplanet, for misleading and fraudulent practices that have caused significant financial and operational losses to my company.
On may 28, 2024, i entered into a contract with elect elite bpo services for an inbound support project under the client, traderzplanet. As per the contract, i was to manage a team of 10 agents for 11 months, with the possibility of extending for an additional 33 months. I was assured that traderzplanet would pay ₹35, 000 per agent per month for this project.

Expenses incurred:
Upfront charges: i paid elect elite a total of ₹2.25 lakhs plus 18% gst (₹40, 500) as an acquisition fee.
Crm charges: additionally, i paid ₹35, 000 plus 18% gst (₹6, 300) for crm setup, totaling ₹41, 300.
Monthly cloud server charges: i also paid ₹16, 520, including 18% gst, monthly.
To date, i have paid a total of ₹3, 39, 840 to elect elite for this project. Despite these substantial upfront payments, i have not received any returns from this project.

Additional operational expenses:
Office rental: i leased office space at b-41, basement 14, sector 63, noida, at a monthly cost of ₹40, 000.
System rental: i rented 10 computers at ₹12, 000 per month.
Staff salaries: i hired 10 agents at a monthly salary of ₹12, 000-₹14, 000 each.
Electricity bills:[protected] per month

Issues with the project and process certification: the process officially began in july 2024. All agents underwent a week of crm and voice training, including demo calls, as part of their certification requirements. However:
Certification delays and changes: out of 10 agents, only 2 were certified by august, with both receiving “red” and “yellow” cards for call errors. The remaining 8 agents failed certification due to continuous, uncommunicated changes in the standard operating procedures (Sops) by traderzplanet’s training and quality audit teams.
Non-compliant training and quality audits: the quality team frequently modified the sops, often without prior notification. When agents sought clarification, they were reprimanded or redirected to the trainer, who would then enforce the quality team’s uncommunicated changes.
Faulty crm system: the crm system provided by traderzplanet was unreliable, with frequent errors.in september, the crm failed completely, halting operations for over a month.
Switch to business verification process (Bvp): in september, after sustained crm issues, traderzplanet’s owner suggested i switch from the inbound process to the business verification process (Bvp), claiming that this would resolve ongoing issues and avoid forfeiture of my security deposit. However:
The bvp process was essentially identical to the inbound process, contradicting their promises.
The training and quality teams continued to alter sops daily, making it impossible for my agents to pass certification or perform effectively.
Financial losses and non-compliance with refund policies: by this point, i had incurred losses exceeding ₹10 lakhs due to continuous training requirements, equipment rental, salaries, and office expenses. Despite repeated attempts to resolve these issues with elect elite and traderzplanet, both companies refused to refund my security deposit, citing that i had to run the project for the full 11 months to be eligible for any refund. This is untenable, as continuing with this deceptive project would only deepen my financial losses.
Furthermore, elect elite and traderzplanet failed to generate invoices for the security deposit, issuing invoices only for crm and server charges. They also withheld gst invoices, suggesting a deliberate attempt to evade tax and regulatory compliance.
Conclusion: it is apparent that elect elite bpo services and traderzplanet have engaged in fraudulent practices, misrepresenting their services and contract terms to extract fees while delivering substandard, ever-changing processes that are designed to fail. I have exhausted all avenues for resolution with these companies, and their actions have severely impacted my business operations and financial stability.
I am seeking:
A full refund of my security deposit and other upfront fees totaling ₹3, 39, 840, including applicable gst.
Compensation for financial damages incurred due to misrepresentation and non-performance of contractual obligations.
An investigation into the non-issuance of gst-compliant invoices, as this suggests potential tax evasion and misconduct on their part.
I have details of several other vendors who were also scammed through this same process, incurring losses of 10-20 lakhs or more, with no ability to recover their funds. Elect elite outsources projects indiscriminately, accepting money from any vendor without conducting background checks. This practice has led to many vendors, some unfamiliar with the complex terms used, being taken advantage of by this scam.
I am reaching out in hopes of recovering my own funds to alleviate some of my loan burden, allowing me to manage the remaining debt more effectively. Additionally, i want to bring attention to these unethical business practices to prevent others from losing their hard-earned money in similar scams.
I request immediate action to address this matter and protect other businesses from falling victim to similar practices.
Thank you
Sharad
