Hi, this company not sure about the authenticity, but I was looking for a shri krishna idol, got this from google search, the product looked good at reasonable cost, exchanged photos and details on WhatsApp, did the payment very same time as was told, from then I.e.26 oct till date following up but no update, every time it is said sending, will share photo, etc.
Have also asked them to refund incase not able to send the idol, but no solution.
Request you to take necessary action and resolve this Regards.
