I ordered garden sprayer on 18th May 2016 vide order number[protected] for Rupees 5, 745 in www.tradusway.com website. It was supposed to be delivered with in Five working days. After five days i received e-mail that the delivery was delayed by 15 days due to insufficient manpower. After fifteen days also no information about the delivery of the item. not able to reach the phone number provided by the company website. After repeated e-mails also no response. Now they are not responding to e-mail and also contact phone number is not reachable. Was this information helpful? |
