Dear Sir
Kindly find attached challan copy with two pics that showing Rs. 1000 penalty on me for not wearing helmet. Whereas attached pics are showing that I was wearing the helmet while driving the scooty. This is sheer negligence from traffic police personal part. Kindly take action in this regard and withdraw the challan and penalty of Rs. 1000 immediately.
