Subject :- Regarding wrong vehicle challan generation.
This is requesting application to you that my name is Rampher & Abrar. I have Mahindra Bolero Maxi truck Plu motor vehicle no UP33AT7541. One day I checked my challan status, I got a online challan sated[protected], challan no.UP[protected] which is wrong challan. This challan is of Heavy Truck vehicle shown in challan paper.
Officer capture a pic of heavy vehicle Truck in offence of ''Over load " and mention my vehicle detail by mistake, So please cancel the challan I will be highly obliged to you .

Today, 20/01/2021, I was standing on a red light behind the stop line at logix city center, noida sector 32, and still a traffic police constable came and clicked photo of my car from front and went back, after that when i came home and checked that he had given me a challan for going on wrong side. I was shocked that the person who have clicked the photo is not aware that i am standing in the right direction waiting for the red light and still he gave me a challan for going on a wrong side. You guys can see in the photograph that all traffic is moving in the same direction as i was going on. What a great job UP traffic police.

Sir I got challan of rupees 1000 at Ghaziabad on 21october 2021 front of govind puram police station for without helmet. I was at home that time and my bike was not in running condition. In challan I am seeing that the pic of bike is not mine in this pic this bike is passion and I have honda CBR 150. So please cancel this challan. I am attaching challan pic.

Wrong challan taken from Agra police at Agra club road, first that police guys hold my car when it is commercial no car and allowed to drive by government of India in lockdown then also that police guys is saying to me when you are going from this road when I said I had one drop from Noida to jagnar up and going back to Noida again.. saying not allowed to travel in lockdown why you are travelling then I said ok I am going back from same road then he is asking for money when I said no not have, then he asking for driving license that time I have big doubt with that police man who was totally locking fraud one, if I will show him my driver license if he not give back to me that time, so said I can show you online license which was in my phone but that guy saying me ok you can't go from this was change your route, so I change my route also then also put wrong challan to me it's totally wrong challan with that police man at lockdown time..they are putting wrong challan to driver when there is no earing issues too much, please, kindly remove my wrong challan others wise I will take this matter to court after the lockdown over..

Wrong challans received & no image

Recently i have checked the challan details on Echallan website for my vechile number :- up91N7629
I have got a new challan NO:- UP[protected] .

First of all, I did not received any message or notification on my address, phone or Email, regarding this challan.
In Challan, after zooming I found that there is no image is showing in the challan and at this time i just left my company aroung 7.00pm and i have proof that company CCTV footage and company register which is maintain by Company security guard.
and challan time is 06:22pm on Hamirpur Uttar Pradesh 201307, Indin and which around to my office 5 and it is impossible . my amazon office is on Rath distt- Hamirpur
So sir I requested you plz cancel my Wrong e challan fast . and you not solve my problem so I claim to challan in Court Hamirpur

and one more i never use this road to go my home as my office Rath I'm using Meerut flyover) you can check via google thats the best and short way to reach my home.

Mera noida mai without reason challan kiya hua hai, , I was on my right way, but due to few confusion I taked my bike back for turn, but not in wrong side, so why this challan, or challan ma bike ka number bhi clear nhi hai, I don't know which person or bike you have cut the challan, i requested you to pls retrieved this challan, I am not able to pay this challan amount.

Maybe Noise Pollution Challan is wrongly captured by the traffic policeman.
There is no any issue in my bike silencer. I normally using this silencer from last two years.
I have pollution under control certificate as well. I never breake any travel from last two years. This time I gave my bike to my younger brother who is under age and he has to go for examination that's why I allowed him for bike. Please remove/cancel this noise pollution challan. Which is wrongly captured.
