I have raised a complaint on pune municipal corporation - grievance management system (http://complaint.punecorporation.org/)

Details - traffic congestion at pashan circle. Almost everyday evening between 7-9 pm there is huge traffic congestion at pashan circle where three roads - from sus, from university, from bavdhan - meet. The congestion remains for more than 45 mins at times causing highly uncomfortable situation for daily commuters. Request you to take this on priority considering rainy season on the verge now.
Response from pmc - this complaint is related to dcp traffic police, pune so forward to them...
I am unable to understand on how to forward this request to traffic police, pune.
