I own a car mh12nu7516. I was stopped today for a pending traffic challan pertaining to 26 april 2018 ptpchc[protected] two offences are listed, the first is rs 200 fine for car stopping on zebra crossing supported with photograph. The other charge is not wearing a helmet with fine of rs 500. Since when has it become compulsory to wear a helmet in a car?
