I bought the track n tell tracker for 9k in march 2018, as the car dealer suggested me, but i find the product & service to be of inferior quality, the tracker stopped working in november 2018 & their was a new requirement in the app to update kyc which was not there when i purchased it, after multiple attempts the kyc could not be updated on the app & when i logged a complaint with the company regarding non functioning of the tracker i was given a very pathetic answer by the company executive that the device needs to be replaced, he told me that the device stopped working due to low running of my car, which i think is utter non sense, i have used my car ever alternate day, moreover they are demanding rs. 2700 to replace the product which stopped working within the warranty period & unduly shifting the blame on me, that i have logged a complaint at a later date. I feel that this company is designing its products to fail in a short period of time which can be called planned obsolescence & they are a perfect case of deficiency in providing service, i urge any one who is contemplating to buy this product to seriously think it over, it's just like putting your money down the drain. Be smart & avoid this product at all cost, other similar reviews here & in the playstore about this product corroborate what i have to say about this fraud company.

off late the device has also developed a technical snag which was addressed by the company after many calls & emails sent. last was developed in dec 2021.
Since 23 august 2022, my tracker is not responding & unable to locate the car.
Now since then my car is vulnerable & of stolen there may not be a chance to locate the whereabouts of the car.
I have raised a compliant since past 15 days 7 they are not giving me a solution & ask the car to be brought 250 kms from Ahmadabad to Surat for checking.
Now Being capital city gandhinagar & adjoining mega state Ahmadabad there is no presence of company here.
There will be huge cost incurred bringing the car from Ahmedabad to gandhinagar.
the company is not ready to listen.
please assist
