Some people may use Tranpac Software Solutions is a subsidiary of Pacific International Lines, Singapore (http://www.pilship.com) & it one of the largest shipping companies in the world.
Fake News. It is not true. Be careful these two companies are different and there is no relation with this company. Simply they use the name of PIL shipping company. Tranpac Software is not a registered company and they don't provide salary.
So be careful when you attend any interview. Better don't even think of this company to join. Kind adv to everyone who is looking for job in Tranpac.

Hii Guys, I wil give number 1 rank in fraud companies list to this company, why because in some fraud companies they will take money and jump with that money, Paid 2 lack back door entry for this process, it is finished in nearly 15 days r 1 month but here in tranpac software they will take money through back door, they didnot jump with money THEY ARE PLAYING WITH OUR PRECIOUS TIME, if money is losted by us we can earn in our future, BUT TIME CAN'T.So guys dont waste your time.i have joined in this company 4 months ago, still i didnot got at least 1 month salary, coming to the training ""no.of holidays"".in this training period (4months) without salary, in my view may be they will give training thruoghout year.and there are no projects in this company.seniors who are joined earlierly they are giving training now without any knowledge.Be aware !!!
Cheap Mindset -- All the projects were already looted / copied from their previously worked company and hired some people from that previous company then implementing here to show off to the management that they were doing all these kind of project in their own. Unprofessional behaviour from delivery lead.

Pros
PROS????? HAHAHAHAHA. Two months once salary paid if you performed well. Else you should work without salary. No way that you can perform well. Hope you understand what I mean.
This company is unethical from head to toe. So beware of any career move for such company
Politics needs people who do not need politics. “All I learned about was butter.” For most o[censored]s a job is bread and butter and for most of others its just bread and butter.”
Icing the cake is one more family member has joined in and he has no idea why he is there and just know how to sleep in office & waste time,
Cons
Short of Money in company's account is directly proportional to the deduction of Salary. Management of the company has whimsical sense of humor. Volatile decision making, which changes every week based on their judgment. Can make or break your career within a day. Salary paid two months once.
Advice to Management
Stop unethical practice. Stop filling your own pockets with money. And focus to improve the management. Treat employee as human being.
