Transcation — Amount is debited but not refund

Dear team,

I have booked the ticket on takkal as[protected] Tbm-Dg(tambaram to dindigul) . amount it debited but still not received.

I have received the following message:

The refund of full amount has been sent to bank for IRCTC txn id: [protected] of 22-Mar-2024 as ticket booking was not successful._IRCTC.

I have checked refund History on Irctc app. there is also showing. but still not receiving money from irctc. please consider my request and help us.
