I'm a registered user[protected] with transdeals. I feel cheated as their customer care number is not working or stopped responding to my emails. On the homepage of consumer complaints i see we are trying to reach them, they are not willing to fix the problems - what does this mean? What's next suggested action for us? Should we form a mob and kick their ass?

I don't think this forum is working or someone reaching out to fix our problems. Is this forum live, who/ which team looks after this forum and update the users posting feedback?
