I was contacted by the Global service transdeals company on 2 sep 23by an agent who identified as Neha Verma with mobile number [protected] and [protected]. I was told that the service can be cancelled at any time within 30 days. The company had details of my bank account and they identified as associated with Axis bank and and sent me a link for payment through ICICI Bank for 8890. On inquiring they identified as legitimate service company and I can cancel the subscription within one month. The company assured of guaranteed discount of 30 percent and other services such as free hotel stay, health check up. However on inquiring I found that the company is fraudulent and has lied about many services. Now I am unable to use the card they provided. I asked the company to cancel the subscription and they said it cannot be cancelled.
I haven’t used any of the service provided by the company and the company is denying to refund the amount. I urge that the company should be closed permanently and not allow to cheat any more customers. Pl take necessary action to get the amount refunded at the earliest.
