Transit Travel Bus — they bluffed us quality of bus and performance and delayed timing

Hi,

It is a private travels where the bus name which they provided was kaleswari in the name but we booked in the name transit.

We had booked transit travel bus with high fares but the bus which they provided was very uncomfortable and uncleanliness inside also the air conditioned vent was not proper.

Bus pickup timing was delayed for 2 hours and reached 3 years late at destination point. Really very unfair on their part.

There is lot of dust inside the bus also the bus staff cleaner was drunk and his way to respond customer was rude.

Please take action on this type of travels.
