Transtec Movers And Packers — Poor service

I am writing this post after several followups and lost of false commitment is not fulfilled by this packers and movers... this company is provided worst of worst services to me.
My household was picked on 26th Jan 16 and at the time of picke they broke my central table glass just because of miss handling.
At the time of pickup I said that I don't have confirm received location at Ranchi(as i booked consignment for Ranchi, Jharkhand from Bangalore) and i am only able to take consignment after 10th Feb.


I also hand over my car to them on 17th Jan16.


Now the problem start, I received a call for full payment which was never discussed before that, so how it managed...


On 2nd of Feb'16 I received a call from Third party that my house hold material was reached and i have to take the delivery otherwise they will throw it on the road and that person is so nonsense that I cant explain... and beauty of Transtech that no body was taking my call(Indrajeet- the person who finalized whole deal and Nitin Rawat- Boss of Indrajeet)


Actually, my consignment was picked by Transtech the given to Third party Mr Subhash and Mr Subhash assign to Mr Sharma.
And at the time of dealing it was commitment that goods will transported by closed container owned by company.


Now they charged me 3000 extra for not taking deliver on 2nd Feb and for taking my goods I have to take follow ups with n numbers of persons...


Now comes to take a delivery of my car ... which i received after almost after 40 days and meter was showing that it was run for 314 KM after more then 100 calls to Transtech, Mr Subhash, Mr Nitin Rawat, Mr. Indrajeet etc...


I am also attaching insurance certificate which company was no were registered as an insurance company and for that they charged RS 2000
