This complaint for city express namakkal "http://www.cityexpresstravels.com", i have book ticket through online on two month before, but i cancel ticket on before an week on travel date, still i cant get my refund amount. So please behavior city express namakkal customer

Last 2 week before i called city express office koyembedu omni bus terminus in chennai[protected], he informed to me to call namakkal head office [protected], then i call and get mr. Ramesh number [protected] again some other and i follow to call some one informed to me he on leave,

After an week i call to mr. Ramesh again i get some other number city express office they told ramesh available on this number [protected], and i call aging [protected] mr. Ramesh he informed to me i have refund your amount on 2 weeks before then why you asking me now, i told please dont play with me, he suddenly get angry using bad words,

He told i dont have responsibility of this, what i said he never mind to listen what i told, using bad words, and hang up my call, so please behavior city express namakkal,
