Hans — cheating to passengers

I booked my bus ticket with Hans travels for pune to Indore journey.The bus for which i booked my ticket online was non ac and was supposed to arrive opposite Jahangir hospital,pune at 9.00 pm on 30 April 2013.I reached 15 mins earlier.It was already 9.15 pm when i went to the bus operator and asked about the bus.He said bus will be here in 15 mins.I waited for 45 mins again and at 10pm he said brakes of bus are not working.When we asked him to cancel the ticket so that we can book some other ticket he shouted on us and said bus will be ok in another 1 hour.we waited till 11 pm, still no bus.At last around 11.30pm some passengers fought with him .Then he said he will arrange one seater bus till shirdi.Their one sleeper bus is waiting for us.That seater bus came at 12.30am.It was more like office bus,not at all suitable for a 3 to 4 hr long journey.Adding to this after every 15 min driver was stopping bus for tea,smoking and all.When passengers shouted at him,he started the bus but drove it on first gear for the rest 1 hour .Everybody was shouting at him but he was not listening to anyone.Finally we reached mahabaleshwar at 4.30 am where a sleeper bus was standing.To our surprise there were already some passengers in it.They told all of them to shift to the seater bus by which we travelled to mahabaleshwar and then asked us to take our seat in the sleeper bus.Finally we reached Indore at 5.00 pm.However according to ticket we were supposed to be there at 11.20am. Throughout the journey we faced so much trouble due to staff behaviour and bus condition.Also being a girl it was not at all safe for me to wait for a bus till 12.30am on a not so crowded road.It was overall pathetic experience of my life.
