Nirmal Bus from Indore to Pune.

As Bus started from Indore, I complaint them that AC is not working, they told that once Bus will run few Kilometers, it will be automatically get cool in sometime. After an hour, again passengers started to complain then the Bus Driver(bablu) with staff started abusing and said that AC will not work and if you want to come by this bus then come otherwise go by yourself. In midnight 12 am, with ladies and families he is behaving like this. Even we called the owner of Bus , but he didn't took any action. Passengers of this Bus are highly frustrated with BUS Service.

AC and Brakes are not working in Bus and still they run the Bus from Indore to Pune with charging same Fair as of AC Bus and no proper justification they provide. In midst they told that now AC will not work...if you need to come then come otherwise we will not even refund nor AC service will be resumed.
