Fake hotel voucher and fraud representative.
Sir I(Himanshu Dhiman) and my customer Mr yograj singh had a complaint against co.-travel boutique online and there fake representative Mr. Sanjay whose mobile no. Is -[protected] on voucher of rooms booking in hotel mount villa, mount abu, given by Travel boutique online.
On 01 june 2016 I (himanshu dhiman) made booking of two rooms in HOTEL MOUNT VILLA, MT ABU, from a agent of travel boutique online at around 17.00hrs on behalf of my guest Mr yograj singh at 5000/- for two rooms. Voucher no. -[protected]. Of Travel boutique online.On that voucher there was details given of Hotel Name Mount villa address & a mobile no. -[protected] (sanjay) as only no. On it.At around 18.30 hrs I called to hotel department of travel boutique online and talked to harish about my rooms confirmation of hotel mount villa, harish said we are talking to hotel about it you will get confirmation ater half an hour.after that i called again at 9.30 pm to TBO hotel department and talked to mukesh and asked for the confirmation he said that your hotel had been confirmed and we will mail you the confirmation after 30 minutes .
On next day morning my guest mr yograj singh with his wife and children’s and two security officers went to the hotel mount villa, mt abu to check in on02 june 2016 the hotel manager (mr pratik)said that sir we had no booking in your name, even we don’t take bookings online but we had rooms available we you want you can check in on your personal booking.So mr yograj called to sanjay -[protected] at same time about this, then sanjay said to mr yograj singh that mount villa is not your hotel I (sanjay) changed your booking come to my office i will take you to the another hotel.when mr yograj singh went to his office with his family and staff, sanjay showed him the rooms on the first floor of his office .they were empty shops changed into rooms, there was no service it was not a hotel it was like a personal apartment of sanjay in very isolated area.mr yograj refused to stay there he went to another hotel by his own .
Mr yaograj singh called me (himanshu Dhiman) and told the full episode to me.I (himanshu dhiman) called sanjay on his mobile but he didn’t picked up the phone whole day.
Sir this is to inform you that travel boutique online is giving voucher s of hotel without confirming the in the hotel they giving the booking to the third person who is cheating with the people by changing there booking threatened them by saying your booking is non refundable .
It was so embarrassing for me (himanshu Dhiman) about this happen to my guest.
Travel boutique online and mr sanjay done this against law and should be prosecuted in consumer court.
