Complaint marked as Resolved i have all proof and email for regarding payment not paid and service to guest was good we know that very well, even msg on phone. i still have msg from suraj that wirte complaint against company, so i wrote this. its been long time about it now i have no interest to follow this complaint now thats why i have putted it to solved.
Please check your email and phone msg regarding this you will get answer. we have mail you many time for payment. i have still msg on my phone and email regarding this.
even i never expected this from your company would do so not pay our payments because there were good relationships with your company.
Myself Manager of Travel i Holidays looked your matter, then we got to know you have not provided the invoice till date now you tell how the company pay to you. Even our staff members mailed you many times to provide the invoice after deducting the amount for reimbursement of many complaints by clients (Late Pick ups, Leave to clients in the middle of journey at a stranger place, Shared cars provided instead of Private cars, Misbehave with clients {Chalna hai to chal nhi to saara saaman utha ke Car se bahar faik dunga}, Vehicle conditions was not good {Client review: ek Dum ghadi khadaak rhi thi}).
Mr. Katoch, what you have done it was not expected, as we already loose our regular clients who traveled with you.
After this all mess up we are still ready to pay you the amount because we never. Once we you provide the invoice then we can only make the payment to you. But Now Let it be .. we have proofs of Clients complaining about your services, We will take it to the Legals..with defamation Charges Against you for Putting Our Company's name as a fraud.
