Good day, we booked a trip from south africa through this indian agency. The service over all were not good at all. Our last hotel in mumbai, hotel supreme was so dirty and not at all wat was promised. We booked out within an hour as we were 4 ladies and couldn't stay in the conditions and also did not feel safe. Travelicious and hotel supreme refuse to refund us for the 2 nights not spend at the hotel. As they did not refund we didn't have enough money for another hotel for 2 nights and had to spend our last night on the airport. They ruined our india experience.
