I approached Mr. Prem Kumar and his team in Travelonn to help me arrange for visas and tickets for my parents for their travel to Germany as visitors in Travelonn office located in Office number 1604, S-3 Cloud-9 Towers, Vaishali Ghaziabad. He promised me the tickets for cheaper price for which I had made an advance payment of Rs 50000. I made the payment in Dec 2022. After multiple follow-ups with him and his teammate Sonam, they didn't confirm the tickets till March and stopped responding to our calls or messages. Even when they picked up the calls their tone was rude. As it was important for my parents to travel, I asked Prem Kumar and his colleague Sonam to either confirm the tickets or make a refund. They agreed to refund the amount. Since then, it has been more than six months and I haven't received my amount back. Initially, during the follow-ups, they kept on giving me new dates for refund, and after one point they stopped answering our calls or responding to our messages. During this time my wife was pregnant and went through a lot of stress. As they didn't confirm my tickets in time I had to book the tickets myself of course at a higher price. Had I not waited for them to book the tickets I would have got cheaper prices.
