We were in conversation with ontimeholiday travel agent abhimanyu kumar who happen to plan our trip to kerela from 28th dec-03rd jan.
After payment of initial booking amount, the agent started changing hotels from what they had committed. As informed by abhimanyu, the committed hotels weren no more available.
However, we ourself called and crosschecked in all the hotels and to our surprise the hotels were available and in same price.
After an argument of over a week, they agreed to provide the same hotels with the justification that they are paying extra in order to deliver what was committed.
Clearly they were lying from day 1 and when we asked for refund, abhimanyu asked us to follow-up with travelsetu folks to get the refund.
On the other hand, thr only point of contact in travelsetu (Avinash) refused to entertain us saying, he was busy and that they cannot refund. Was this information helpful? |
