Travelyaari / Hans Travels Pvt Ltd — non-arrival of scheduled bus refund & compensation request

I booked bus tickets with Hans Travels Pvt Ltd through Travelyaari for the Pune–Goa route on 28th November 2025, scheduled departure at 12:09 AM (PNR No:[protected], Seats 3A, 3B, 3C).
Despite holding confirmed tickets, the bus never arrived. My family and I waited from 12:00 AM until 5:00 AM at the pickup point (National Travels near Snake Park, Sixth Sense Building, Katraj). No communication, support, or assistance was provided during this time.
This constitutes a clear service failure and breach of contract, as Travelyaari failed to deliver the service paid for.
Under consumer protection laws, I am entitled to:
- Full refund of the ticket fare (₹3418) immediately.
- Compensation for the hardship, risk, and distress caused by negligence.
- A written explanation of why the bus did not arrive and why no support was provided.
Failure to resolve this matter promptly will compel me to escalate further to regulatory authorities and legal channels.

Relief Sought:
- Immediate refund of ₹3418.
- Compensation for inconvenience and distress.
- Written assurance to prevent recurrence of such incidents.
