Travenova Holidays Pvt Ltd. — unsatisfied with service and need refund

Travenova is fraud company .
I got a call 13 November 2019 from some unknown number and ask me to attend a meeting held by travenova company and told me that they will give me free movie voucher and all.
I went to the place where meeting was held.
I met Miss Yamini, one of the dealer of company
And she gave me information regarding their company and ask me to purchase their membership.
I purchased silver membership and paid them 40000/- rupee on the spot via card.
Recently I messaged on whtsapp no.they had provided me for hotel booking .
They didn’t replied me first of all
And I called on their whtsapp number.
They didn’t answered my call
Yamini, the dealer, i also called her but her mobile phone is switched off.

This company is fraud.
I want my whole money back.

This is open platform for consumers who has been seeking difficulty to reach or communicate through company.
Firstly, you paid Rs. 5000 as hold amount of membership they details and offer provide to you is validated after payment. Still you were registered as member. The details provided in mail is no where mentioned about AMC. AMC is not even applicable in your membership . Neither is mentioned on your documents nor on mail.
According to executive you spoke with you denied the very next day that you can't pay rest Rs.10, 000 due to financial condition . You never told you have any query.
Coming to Occupancy in an room is totally member call . As gernal format every family has 2+2 - 4 member in a family . That's y it's written as 2A+2K. If you have 4A to avail you would have firstly clear with us.

Speaking to the team you deal with is already done from our part. Still sometimes it feels from an organisation point of view we are in communication with you. We are replying and moreover understanding the Condition of yours. At one hand telling our executive you can't afford to rest payment right now. And other hand without any issue raising complaint. Nothing else but an example of negative personality and impact on your own self.
Travenova is providing services and giving best holiday . We have try to keep our members satisfied. It no matter what amount the person has provided. Moreover, example is your own house your wife who spoke Customer care and discussed everything . She was one who told us that you don't have queries regarding membership. But suddenly this complaint raised was unethically way.

Cancellation of membership is request one should provide to company first rather as on open platform .
We request you to please use ethical way to for what ever queries, cancellation or communication request you wish to apply.

In the continuation it just 3 days that you have been login to us . You are unsatisfied without using at service . Being an part of company we really raise a question that a product bought and without using it you unsatisfied. CC department is on call with you whenever you asked or called us. Secondly, as per request by you we were converting you rest payment on EMI monthly basis. Sales team already discussed same. Without raising request in company or letting CC department know about dropping of membership . You raised complaint. We support consumers issue platform but when we find the consumers who raise complaint and issue without any problems feels unethically.

You never inform any executive you wife willingly to be part of our membership but you now denying it . Still we are happy to accept request and cancelling it. We would have wished you would have come to us first and if you had received no response or denial then only this thing should have come in frame.

Because of issue you raise logically you would have inform us prior this writing on such platform.

Rest we please accept our apologies if any wrong statement passed from our end.

First of all, I already told we are 4 adults and your executives themselves saw 4 o[censored]s and you are saying we never mentioned??
Secondly, everything told verbally about the company was fake .. they said it's your 3rd anniversary and no site on internet says that you started 3 years ago. Maybe those people were lacking knowledge about their own company.
You are saying that I refused to pay rest amount, please ask your people that I called them next day and no one picked up calls so I called the customer care and asked that we wanna cancel our membership.they said they will not. You people neither came at our residence for amount nor cancelling and refunding our money . So that's why I had to put this complaint.anyway, I request you for the cancellation of our membership and full refund of my money. I don't want to be a member of your company neither I am asking for any of the complimentary holiday packages . Please communicate with me as soon as possible regarding the same.

It's a fraud company which cheats people in the name of membership. Time to time changes it's same too. For couple of months cheats in the name of Century holidays and for few months in the name of travenova holidays.

travenova holidays is a fake company. they are make the fool a person on his membership. his employees tolled something and u getting something. customer care are not attending the call. no reply on mail. making a fool. i m lost my 15000 rs on their membership. plz any one take a action on this company. if read any company emp. pls check ur mail amd my membership id last gl1085

travenova is a fraud company.they arranged a meeting at safron hotel in kurukshetra and sell tour pakage service.i paid them 25000 in cash.i asked them for jaisalmer tour pakage. after selling their services their members didnt pick up calls and even their customer care no was also not picked. after doing so many calls finally they replied they will arrange tour pakage to jaisalmer and asked to me pay 3000 as a security.I paid 3000rs.when i reached jaisalmer then this fraud company told me we cant provide you tour.If someone want harashment and waste their money invest in Travenova.
