My Phone [protected] - Vivek - All victims call me to file a case together.

We have had a very bad experience with their services and also have been threatened by the company that, they will fille a case against us stating “We have used profanity and bad language” in case if we asked them for a refund or if we take legal actions against them.
We had taken a membership with this company on[protected], paying 67, 000/- and a maintenance fee of 3, 000/- so in total we have paid 70, 000/- for holiday vacations, right from then we have not been able to use their services, since their staff always gave us reasons and also created a list of problems as mentioned below;
1. That all the booking has been full.
2. We don’t have any other property.
3. They never gave us a good hotel or resorts in their list.
4. Nothing was suitable to what we had asked and explained them about the stay. (For Example: We had asked them to book a beach resort in Goa and they always sent us the list of resorts or hotel which were 2, 3, or 5 kms away from the beach)
5. If we call them to discuss about the hotel the customer service people were always very rude and they have also spoke in singular language. (The words they spoke were “this is what we have if want to take it, it is up to you there no other options.)
6. We had clearly asked to book a AC Room on the email, but they booked an Non AC Room, so that we don’t use their services and they save their money for our bookings. They had also taken 3, 000/- Rs as a maintenance fee.
7. They had also mentioned my son’s age below 12 and asked us to go to the resort and pay extra money for a 3-adult occupancy. While it was very clear the they had to book of 3 Adult occupancy since my son is more than 12 years old.
8. Also the staff in the Customer care team keep changing and they will not have any information what the customer has been asking, every time we call, we have to start explaining the problem from the beginning.
The director of the company Harshavardhan, himself had mentioned foul language during a conversation with me, scolding his staff and also mentioned that he had chased the employee out of his company for not giving the booking correctly.
The director of the company has a very unruly behaviour, he told with all the audacity stating “go do what you want and complain whom you like we cannot refund a single penny to you”. It seem like these guys are conning people in the name of Time Share, they are just not bothered that they have taken money from people and have not provided service, “they just say they can only give what they want”, this has been the attitude of everyone in this company right form executive to director.
We also got see that many customers of this company are facing the same problems. We definitely want to take a complete refund form the company and also make sure they don’t cheat more people like us. We hope this consumer complain will help us to do so.
