I have very Bad Experience with TRAVOLOOK . I booked Tkt on 18th May 2022 and Flight was canceled, Still I did not received my Money. Call many times and got reply'Money will be credited in 2-3 days' This is there standard reply.

After that I tries hundred timed over phone amd mail but all my effort went onfutile.

I am NRI and and now I am loosing trust on any indian companies because of such a kind of frauds are still exists . Now I also do not want to do any investment in india if such companies are existing and Government is not taking any action against them.

My advice to every one not to use Travollok.

    I've booked flight tickets through Travolook website from Visakhapatnam to Bangalore on 14th Feb, which was cancelled by travolook after payment received by them. I've given multiple calls to Customer service team of travolook and they are always saying that refund amount will be credited with in 5 working days but completed 60 days but no refund received as of now. Total amount should be refunded @ INR 15, 900/-. Pls do the needful

            I was booked flight tickets for Ahmedabad to Goa but after 5 mins cancelled. I was maai in travolook for refund so many times but still not received.aldo call in customer care but they given one answer wait for 5 to 7 days.
            As per thay request I was send my bank detton 26 dec-22 but still not process for refund.
            I was faced this problem more then 1 year.
            Plz help for my refund.

              I have travelled from Hyderabad to Chennai in May 2022 . one ticket cancelled for wrong time. and booked one more ticket for correct time. immediately contacted call center they said cancel second one also so that refund for full amount will be processed. then one more ticket booked and travelled.

              now cancelled ticket amount refunded on first request itself. second ticket cancellation amount not refunded till date after 30 + request over mail and phone. always same answer that is with in 3 to 5 working days refund amount will hit your account earlier failed but this time pakka. same response i am getting from last 10 months.

                Not got the refund from last 8 months. Really worst service.
                Date of Incident - Jul 6, 2022

                I have booked a flight ticket from Chennai to goa on july 6 2022 but the flight ticket was cancelled and till now I haven’t received my refund amount despite multiple calls.

                      I had booked a flight ticket from the travollok via Ref. No. REF[protected], details of the same mentioned below:
                      1. Pax Name: Anjali Verma
                      2. Date of Booking: 3rd March, 22
                      3. Travel Date: 26th Mar, 22
                      4. From: Delhi (DEL)
                      5. To: Darbhanga (DBR)
                      6. Amount: Rs 4437

                      The flight was rescheduled and ticket cancelled, so eligible for full refund.
                      The refund of the same not received till date, Called more than 100 times to customer care, every times the executive commit you may get refund in next 3-5 working days sorry for delay, but no refund was received till date, 3 month back they ask for bank details but they had not refunded via any medium.

                        My flight from mumbai to Indore ticket no[protected] got cancelled. They didn't inform me by any means. I have called them for assistance. No help. No one ever answers the calls at customer care.
                        They are fraud. They don't even give the refund back...I am just terrified. Horrible experience with travolook. I have suffered a lot because of their poor services.

                              I have booked a flight ticket with travolook agency on May 16 2022 and made the payment of Rs4736 via debit card ending 2180 but the ticket got canceled in a minute from the agency end. Their Customer support team called and informed refund will be done with 15 days but no refund is done so far from their end. even after making more than 10 calls to support team, no actions retaken so far

                                They are running a scam on the name of flight booking.
                                1. They will give you very good offers on flight tickets to attract you.
                                2. Then every time due to there operational issues, your money will be transferred in there account but your ticket will not be booked.
                                3. If you will ask them to transfer the money in the wallet, then its very easy becz that wallet is ultimately with them only.
                                4. If you will ask them to transfer the money in your account, then you will be mentally harassed to get your money back. They want you to get fed up with all these things and finally you will give up.

                                That is there strategy which I experienced two times. Please friends, don't even dare to open there site also. This shoud be blacklisted. Please spread the awareness against the travolook as much as you can.

                                  I booked an international flight ticket on travolook on 12th Nov however I got an email that ticket was cancelled and I will get refund in 5-7 days.

                                  Its been 25 days now and there is no refund given. Travolook customer care is keep on saying that refund is issued however my bank has also confirmed that no refund is given by travolook.

                                  I haved searched online and also found that this company is doing fraud with many other people and not refunding money.

                                  I am sharing transaction detail below along with screenshot of email

                                    I booked Air ticket thorough travolook website on 17.08.2022 after sometime it's cancelled on same day, from there i am following up for refund but no use they tell only one answer from them you will get refund within 7 days. Till now I didn't got any refund.

                                      I am a Doctor, with limited time to sleep sites like travolook con you like this.
                                      I booked a flight on 12 July 2021, which was cancelled by the airlines.
                                      whole amount was transferred to Travolook account in 5-7 working days as told by the airlines.
                                      Since then I have been trying to get my hard earned money back into my account, which they have been earning interest on.
                                      after 100s mail and 500 calls I haven't recieved any refund.
                                      after giving false hope og transfer for 10 months they told me that my account details are not correct ( by which I had paid them) that too when I called.

                                      I want to penalize these people.
                                      I want refund of the amount as well as a compensation of 10000 rupees.
                                      If they don't provide the same I am going to initiate a legal proceeding.
