Its been almost 4 months and i still didn’t receive my money back into my payment source.

Event after 5 months, travolook not refunding booking amount of Rs. 5776 to my original payment source (Bank Account).
After complaining for 4 months and continuous harrasment they refund the amount to travolook wallet, but as i mentioned in my initial request i want the refund in my original source of payment.
I don;t trust on their service at all.

I booked a ticket from delhi to Kolkata on 15 july but PNR was not generated and amount was deducted from my side.
Today is 31st oct. But still I haven't got my refund whenever I call them, their executive tells me to wait for next 3-5 days but after 3 and a half months still I haven't got my refund. I have mailed them on [protected]@travolook.in and to their Relationship Manager Mr. Dishant Singh many times but I get a same reply that we r working on your issue and we ll get back to you with an update. From last three months neither I have got my refund nor any updates from them.
This is a fraud company and ll not suggest anyone to book through this platform.

I booked a flight in 2021 sept, which got cancelled after money was deducted from my account. After 6-7 months of begging, my refund came that to website wallet not my account which is of no use to me.
Recently I tried to use that refund from wallet but same scene repeated I do not know when my refund will come. Such a fraud website i have never seen.

I tried to book flight from Travolook (Delhi to Hyderabad) on 29-June-2022 and amount of Rs.5, 793.00 has been deducted but booking get cancelled. I also received call from this company that I will receive my refund within 10 to 15 working days. I sent many mails and also called but received no response from their side. Kindly take strict action against them so that they refund my amount asap. The required details has been attached below.

It's been 3 months waiting for any refund after calling multiple times at call centre & sending mail at support id

I had tried booking my flight tickets via Travolook and spent Rs 30, 000 towards the booking. Soon afterwards I received an email stating that my booking couldn't be completed and that my payment will be refunded to me within 7 working days. This was on the 12th of May, 2022. It is October now and I still haven't received the refund amount back. I've contacted Travolook via their customer care number and have sent multiple emails. I had also sent a notice from my lawyer. Yet I haven't received any communication from the company.

I booked two tickets on 16th July 2022, ref REF[protected] and REF[protected] through travolook using Netbanking, The site sent email that the tickets have been booked successfully, but just 2 mins later sent another set of emails that booking has been unsuccessful due to operations error but they took my money for both tickets.

I have chased them through phone calls and email, [protected]@travolook.in email either bounces with no such email address or goes into ether, nobody responds.

These guys are fraud and not a legitimate webite to book travel tickets. There are so many refund complaints. Its been 3 months and I am still chasing for my refund.

Not sure how this site can help.

Travolook hasn't issued my refund of Rs. 13602. For cancelling the my flight booking.

I was trying to book a ticket from Delhi to Ahmedabad on 06 July 2022 through Travolook but unfortunately, an error occurred ticket was not confirmed and payment was deducted from my account.

I consistently followed them and already file a complaint there so many times but nothing happened yet. I want to raise this issue on a serious note. Kindly look into this matter, please.

I have filed a complaint to the relationship manager(Dishant) of Travolook Airlines but they didn't take action against my complaint. Now I think this company is just to fool the people and is sitting openly to grab the money of the people.

I had booked my flight ticket from Rajamahendravaram to Bengaluru on 20th July 2022 from travolook. However, it was cancelled automatically from Travolook side and till now my refund is not initiated. Booking ref. no is REF[protected]. No proper response from Travolook end.

I have booked my Air Asia (Flight No I5 - 740) flight ticket for New Delhi to Bangalore Journey for 5th Aug 2022 booked on 23 July 2022 at 8:50am around from travolook.in. and made fully payment of rs 6279/- from my bank upi. after 5-10 Minutes i received a email from travolook that Your Booking is Cancelled with travolook.in :REF[protected]. Your booking is Cancelled due to fare expiration. Please contact our customer support at[protected] or send us an email at [protected]@travolook.in and one of our travel expert will be pleased to assist you. I contacted theme mentioned support number and email . They told me that share your bank account statement and ID Proof and Bank undertaking . i have completed all formalities as they told me for refund and they told wait for 5-7 days we will process the refund of rs 6279/-. But no refund after that i received . i called them many time and even emailed them but no person respond me .
Please help to take the refund of rs 6279/- with interest and punish this company as much as you can . As they are Fraud to people

I had booked a flight ticket in the month of JULY from Mumbai - Bangaluru.
I was then informed that due to price surge the ticket has been cancelled and will get the booking amount into the same mode of Payment in 3 working Days. Its been more than 3 months still I haven't received any update from them, I have already called more than 10 times during this period and every time I call they say that the amount will get credited in 3 days. 3 months have already passed since the cancellation of ticket and haven't received a single penny. the booking ref id is -REF[protected].
Please resolve this issue soon, because this is very bad customer experience.

I had booked a flight tickets from Bangalore to Kolkata on 7th July 2022 through travolook website, booking reference - REF[protected] and but flight ticket was not issued citing that price has gone up and it has got cancelled. Immediately I phoned up, explained and I was informed that within 7 to 10 working days it will be refunded. Even after 90 days they did not refund money. I have made many follow up through phone calls, email etc ..Whenever I call them they repeat the same story - 'wait for 3 to 4 days and there is an issue with merchant end ' & immediately they disconnect the call . Same reply in mail too. They are doing very unethical fraudster business with customer. It is fake and some beggars are there.

I was trying to booked ticket on 26 July 2022 through Travolook but unfortunately my ticket got cancelled and payment was deducted from my account.

I have booked a flight ticket for my father on 5th July from BLR to DBG. The ticket got cancelled. The ticket costs Rs 5956. It has been 3 months but they are still not refunding my money. Every time I ask about the refund they say it will be back in 7-10 working days. I tried to contact higher authority named Anju. She told the same and I waited for 20 days but I didn't receive the money. Then they escalated it to another senior authority named Ronak, he assured me that you will get refund by 5-7 working days but I didn't receive that. I am getting tortured by them from last 3 months.

I booked ticket on travolook.in registered under Wing In travel Advisory Pvt Ltd on 10th July 2022, travel date 26th Oct 2022 by Go air from Varanasi to Delhi i.e. REF[protected]. I paid 5691Rs. Go Air called on 13th Sep 2022 and informed about rescheduling the time which is from morning 8 am to 9:30 pm. So I didn't agree with this change of timing. Go Air cancelled the ticket and refunded the money to travelook.in. When I checked with Travolook.in via telephonic call, their employee says, no ticket was cancelled on given PNR, and any refund will take 35 days. It was really surprising for me, first they refused about any cancellation, although Airline immediately intimed whenever their is any change in plan or flight schedule or any cancellation done by Airline.
After the refusal from Travolook.in, I provided Travolook.in the cancelled air ticket copy on mail, then their customer care said, we didn't receive the refund. Look how travelook.in is scamming. Then, I requested Go Air to provide the credit amount receipt done to Travolook.in by Go Airline. Go Air provided me the copy of their payment to travolook.in. Same I shared with Travelook.in on mail with Dishant, the manager. The real cheating starts from here, as I made more than 40 called to coordinate and asking for the refund. Dishant the manager of Travolook.in registered under Wing In travel Advisory Pvt Ltd came in the conversation and replied on mail that it will be done within 5 - 7 workings. Already 3 weeks are passing, but this fraud company travolook is not willing to pay. Even I warned for legal notice and informed them about dire consequence through the legal way for this scam, this fraud travolook.in has taken the whole conversation take for granted. The company is total fraud, as not only me there are so many victims and they were scammed by Travolook.in I will file case against this fraudulent committed by travolook.in registered under Wing In travel Advisory Pvt Ltd.
