I booked a flight on 26th Nov from Travolook worth 6404/-. The money got deducted immediately without any confirmation mail. After 30 mins, an executive from the company called up to inform that the ticket got cancelled and the money would be refunded within 24 hours. It has been 3 days and there is no ounce of my hard earned money. The customer care keeps making false promises and the email support is of no use as well. Neither my flight got booked nor my money has been refunded. I am stuck in a helpless situation.
Please look into this asap as it is a lot of money for me. My money is stuck without any services or refund.

I have booked flight tickets on October 20th .
And it was cancelled due to increase in fare and the team told me that it will be refunded in 10 working days but it has been more than 30 days then also i am not getting the refund amount .
Timely I'm contacting customer care, they also told me it will be refunded but I didn't receive.

I booked a flight on 16th November which is from Delhi to Guwahati, After fe minutes of booking a mail was come and it said that, Your booking is cancelled due to fair expiration and your Amount will reflect to your account within 10 days. Till now i haven't got my refund.
They are totally fraud.

*KINDLY HELP ME REGARDING THIS*

I have done 3 flight bookings from Travolook and all are cancelled by them. There is no refund as of yet. They are only giving fake promises.

I have booked flight from Hyderabad to Kozhikode on 1st November 21 with a price Rs 3409 having Booking Ref: REF[protected]. But it got cancelled within 30 minutes due to some technical reasons according to them. the support team assured my Refund money to be processed in 10-15 working days, Even after repeated emails asking about the refund of Rs 3409 there is no response from travolook... I tried calling the customer care number, everytime someone new attended the call and assured me my refund, but it did not get solved till now. My issue was not resolved.

After 15 days again i got an email saying again wait for 7-10 days. Now its almost 1 month i have not received my refund from TRAVOLOOK.

It looks completely a fake booking site. Very pathetic experience. Looks like i have been cheated, please help.

I Have Booked Via Travolook But My Booking Has Been Cancelled by the travolook On 26th November, 2021.

After read lot of reviews I got to know that this is a fraud company.
Refund Isnt Initiated Till Now.
I Will Surely Take An Action On This If I Didnt Get My Refund Within 2 Working Days . I Already Took All The Printouts Of Transaction, Mails And Reply From Travolook ! If My Refund Isnt Initiated Then Surely I Will File A Complaint In Cybercrime and State consumer forum.

I tried to book flight from Travolook on 27 Oct 21 and amount deducted but booking get cancelled. I also contacted their customer care that I will receive my refund within 10 days. I contacted their customer care many times but received only excuses and next promise date but no refund. Kindly take strict action against them so that they refund my amount asap. Due to a medical emergency at home, I would need to push my travel to 29-Dec-2021 (same time, same passenger, same flight). When I called the customer care, I came to know that I would need to pay extra charges for the same. It will be unfair to charge a huge amount just for rescheduling the ticket for a few days.

Due to a medical emergency at home, I would need to cancel my ticket on 29-Nov-21 . When I called the customer care, I came to know that despite being a refundable ticket I would get zero refund for the same. It is unfair to not even initiate a partial refund of the ticket for customers when they are cancelling the ticket. Kindly consider this as an exception and help on human ground.

Kindly consider this as an exception and help on human ground. A lot of money gets wasted in cancellation and rescheduling of tickets with airlines which is hard earned money for any family. Looking forward to your support and consideration.

Called customer care, mailed several time, but customer care always asking 5-7 working days always, but no sign of refund.

It's been long time TRAVOLOOK did not refund my money.I BOOKED A FLIGHT TICKET FROM NAGPUR TO DELHI AND AFTER 15 MINUTES I GOT A CALL FROM TRAVOLOOK THAT THE TICKET WAS CANCELLED AS PNR WAS NOT GENERATED AND THE REFUND WILL BE SENT TO YOUR ACCOUNT BUT TILL NOW I DID NOT GOT MY REFUND.I trusted the website and kept waiting for the refund but THEY do not even reply my mail. THEY ARE like FRAUD.I need the refund of Rs3504. PLEASE HELP ME.

I booked my flight on November 24th from Kolkata to Bangalore on Spicejet. The whole booking went smoothly but suddenly they called me and said the booking has been cancelled by the airlines and that I'll receive my refund. I tried to call them back on their number, but they didn't pick up the call. Didn't take much time to realise that they are running a nice business of scamming people. I want my refund back ASAP....

Mumbai to Bengaluru ticket on GOFIRST booked through travolook was cancelled on 8-7-2021 due to reschedule of flight vide confirmation no. REF[protected], PNR: R8LZ6J. Refund amount of Rs. 8876/- is not received till today inspite of following up through phone and emails. Please help me to receive the refund at the earliest.

I used travolook to book a flight ticket. They cancelled it saying it’s a technical glitch. This was in 18th Nov 21 for INR 4358. They now refuse to answer calls or give answers.

I haven't received refund the service that i canceled on 31st Oct.

Every time i call they give me some excuse and tell me amount will be refunded in 7 working days.

I am fed-up.

I was told that I will receive the full refund in 7 working days. However it is already more than 25 working days and still I have not received the refund.

Every time I call your agents are saying next week you will get the Refund. But Nobody are telling what is the Current status and reason why 24 working days are completed and still I have not received the refund into my account..

It is really frustrating to hear the news that every time i call agent will say next week you will get it. Please let me know the reason of delay and what is the current status and where it has been struck.

Can you please let me know by which date I will be receiving the refund.

I have booked flight ticket through travolook on Aug 2021 and it is cancelled by them. they told me amount will refund within 10 working day. but they are not responding.
