First of all, this site deserved to be CLOSED. TRAVOLOOK ### don't deserve any star not even one star.

This whole site is a SCAM guys. First of all, to tempt CUSTOMERs they show low fares on the site and when CUSTOMER book the flight they cancel it saying that fare shown on site was expired and we will refund your money in 7-10 days. However, THEY NEVER REFUND YOUR MONEY.

Coming to my experience, I booked a flight on 17th July 2022 for me and my family. Same thing happened with me. After I did the booking and paid the amount, they cancelled my booking saying fare on the site is expired and my money will be refunded in 7-10 days. And here I am, it's been almost 2 months now and I have called TRAVOLOOK CUSTOMER care more than 10-12 times and every time I hear a different story, but my money is still not refunded.

My request to you guys: PLEASE DOES NOT USE THIS SITE EVERRRR!!

I booked an airticket from travolook website (https://www.travolook.in/) on 9-Jul-22, then within few minutes I got a call and mail confirmation that my booking is cancelled due to fare expiration. As per their call and mail confirmation, they assured me that I will receive my refund amount in my account within 10-15 working days. After waiting for more than two weeks, I started get in touch with the travolook customer care team for the updates. A number of calls and mail communication were done, and every time they provided me false excuses (technical issue/merchant payment issue) and false assurances that within the next 7 working days, they will fix the issue and money will be credited in my account. Even I asked them to share the contact point of their seniors for escalation on this unnecessary delay, but they clearly refused each time due to their fake policy. Then I started reading blogs about the company travolook, and came to know many manyyy people have suffered and are actually suffering with the exact same refund issue with this company. Just google with “travolook refund issue”, and you will find lot o[censored]sers have raised their dissatisfaction/complaints against travolook. 3. Also search the tag #lowestfarechallenge (which was actually created by travolook) in twitter, then you will also come to know the many people are struggling to get their refund from travolook. 4.Comments section of Travolook tweet - https://twitter.com/travolook/status/[protected] Even I came to know about their below additional point of contact of seniors, but it was of no help. They will always give kind of vague responses, that they are working on it and will get to me soon. [protected]@travolook.in [protected]@travolook.in Even on 2-Sep-22, I shared my UPI details on their request expecting the refund to be done immediately, but again each day since then, they are passing false excuses that they are working on it and will get back to me soon. Which actually is unable to digest for me, as UPI transfer hardly takes few seconds, they just have to transfer the amount to my UPI id, that’s it. I really don’t understand, what they are working now. I am really frustrated and fed up with their false excuses and false assurances listening from the last 2 months, still one thing is sure I cannot leave this company to make me suffer. Many Manny people are getting cancellation mail post booking in their website -- Clearly a normal refund doesn’t take more than 7 working days, and they are not able to refund even in 2 months (even more than 3 months for some people) -- a huge number of people are struggling with this company with the exact same refund issue -- pathetic/frustrating customer care service not able to fix refund issue on time, even not sharing their senior point of contact for escalation -- even after getting UPI details, which hardly takes few seconds in transaction time, they are again causing unnecessary delay and giving false excuses in refunding my money. THIS CLEARLY DEPICTS THEIR FRAUDLENT BEHAVIOR INTENTION. I really need your support in escalation against this fraud company, so that it should get proper penalty for harassing customers and all the victims of this fraud company should get justice.

My name is chasa collin kapele, i booked a flight on 15th July 2022 and it was canceled by them. I was told to wait for my refund in 7-10 working days. Today is 10th September 2022, it has been more than a month of calling them and each time they tell me in two days i’ll be refunded but i haven’t received my money. It is only in my rights that i file a complain to higher authorities.

I had booked flight tickets with reference number REF[protected].

They have been stalling the refund for 3 months now .

I have called and emailed them multiple times but there has been no action taken .

I got a call and mail saying that "Your booking is Cancelled due to fare expiration"

Since then i have been calling them and sent mails. Every time customer support person will say that amount will be refunded with in 3 to 4 days.

Till now they have not refunded my amount

I have book tickets online Travolook site on dated 22/6/2022 to book air tickets Jodhpur to Chennai pay advance 8051/- but after made payment not issued ticket and asking given refund with in 7 days but last 3 month every day call they tell me credit 48 hours but citing with me.

On June 20th, 2022 I booked a ticket from Ranchi to Patna through Travolook, payment was successful but after couple of minutes the transaction got cancelled.

I have made booking on 11/7/22 with Travolook and the the booking reference No. is REF[protected], They have first made the booking and within minutes informed us that the booking was not successful. They said the refund amount of Rs.27, 414/- would be sent to me within 7 - 10 working days. Days passed, I waited for 10 working days. Nothing was received. I sent an e-mail on 10/7/22, for which I got a reply that my money would be returned in 7-10 working days again. From that day onwards I have been calling their customer care, who every time used to give the same technical error reason and that I would be getting my refund in various dates were promissed. Last Friday, when I called, they said it will be done this Monday. Today again I called, got the reply that I will get on next Thursday. Kindly help me in getting my money back.

I booked a flight ticket in June but right after I made the payment, I received a message saying it will take 30 mins to receive the confirmation email(which itself was very unusual). I immediately called the customer care provided to verify the booking but not action taken. I also parallelly asked Citi customer service to hold the transaction if not processed.
After several calls to Travolook, I realized this site is a scam and no use in chasing after them.

I tried to book tickets for Delhi through Travelnook.
The amount was deducted and tickets were not booked.
They showed it as cancelled.

After the payment was made for Rs 5930, they cancelled the ticket citing operational reason. It has been 1.5 months now, I am following to get the refund of Rs 5930 - however they are not refunding the amount despite several promises to refund

I have booked flight ticket using Travolook in June, the ticket got cancelled automaticlly within minutes, and I received email for the same. After that I have never heard back from them on my refund amount. I called thier helpline multiple times but no refund yet. It has been 3 months already, doesnt look like I am the only one who didn't receive their money back, there are many people greiving about them. Such fake companies should be banned immidiately.

I booked flight ticket from this company on 17th july 2022 from bangalore to patna and ticket was cancelled but money was deducted.

Last time i called them before 15 days but till now they did not refund my money.
when i called again today they are asking for one more week time refund the money.

Need to take strict action aganaist them.

I had booked my flight tickets through trovolook platform on 21st july (booking reference number :REF[protected]. After my payment (INR11585) compilation I received a call from travolook(ph.no:[protected] my ticket was cancelled due to fair expiration and a refund will be initiated in 5 days. Now it's been over 40days and still could not get my refund. not able to contact them through...

I have booked on July 7th Bangalore to mumbai company cancelled my e-ticket and said we couldn’t get PNR number they said we will refund it in 5 /7 working days and i’m still waiting for the refund to be processed .

I have called around many times in 3 months to get my refund of about 8400 and every time i have been told that it is initiated . if its initiated then why does it take more than 7 days to give me a transaction id.

With this experience of mine I wouldn’t even recommend to use travolook.in travel company to my family and friends further . It almost 3 months. I have not received amount

I have booked two tickets with Ref No..- REF[protected] and REF[protected] on 28th Dec 21 from PATNA to GOA. But the flight got cancelled so the airline told me that they are processing the refund. I processed the refund amount to the Travolook in March only but even after repeated mails and calls to Travolook.. I haven't received the refund as yet.. They are beating around the bush and everytime gives unreasonable explanation for the delay in refund.. Please help me in this regard..

I made a booking on Travolook.in on 23rd may REF[protected]. They cancelled the booking instantly saying technical issue. I am still waiting for refund and each time they keep putting a delay of 7-10 working days. Been over 3 months now.
