I made a booking on Travolook.in on 23rd may REF[protected]. They cancelled the booking instantly saying technical issue. I am still waiting for refund and each time they keep putting a delay of 7-10 working days. Been over 3 months now.

I had booked my flight tickets worth Rs 5390 from Raipur to Delhi on the 14th of June 2022 and since that time, the amount was deducted and the tickets were not booked. Almost every day i give a call to their customer sevice representatives and they say that the amount will be refunded in the next 2 days, next weej of some or the other excuse. it has been almost 3 months now and this fraudlant company is just ripping people off and not paying a dime of their money back. i even asked that if refunding the amount was such an issue, the give they own travelook points but they have even refused to do so.

On 17-July-2022, I booked flight ticket with Travolook (from Bangalore to Bhubaneswar) with reference number: REF[protected], Traveller Name: Santosh Kumar Panigrahy, for Rs. 5835.

The ticket was cancelled by Travolook as they could not generate PNR number with airlines. The money should get refunded immediately. I have not received my money since 1.5 months now.

I have called Travolook customer service many times, everytime they say it will be refunded within 7-10 times without any accountability. This is a huge harassment and no customer should be expected to face this. Please assist at the earliest. Thank You 🙏

It's been two months not getting my refund back when it was silly operational issue from company side. The tickets were not booked but money got deducted. They even don't reply on time.

I had booked a flight ticket as reference Id: REF[protected] for traveling from Patna to Ahmedabad on 17 July 2022 and amount deducted from credit card but booking get cancelled. And after some time I got an email from [protected]@travolook.in, that your ticket has been cancelled due to fare expiration and your amount will be credited to your Account in 10 to 15 working days. But now 51 days completed but still didn't get the amount. Every time whenever I Call to his customer cares they are telling that it is process.
Please help me.
Now therefore you're requested to Kindly look into the matter and issue necessary instructions to the concerned authorities to repay my money without any deduction of any charges since the ticket has been cancelled by the same firm/agency[Travolook]

I booked tickets on 8th October 2021 which got canceled due to some reason.
I was told I will get a refund in the next 7 working days.
It's been 9 months already, I haven't received it yet.

I booked my ticket with reference no.[protected] from vijaywada to delhi . My ticket was not confirmed and I was assured that my payment will be refunded in 4-5 working days. With repeated calls and harassments from your end 180 days have passed and I still didn't get the refund. Will the amount be refunded with interest or harassment compensation. This is my 8th mail and I was assured on june 16th that i will have my refund within 10 days and now its already 60 days . I am not able to contact customer care for hours and even after waiting for an hour and a half, if I get connected then they can't let me talk to their superiors because of your fraudulent protocol. The customer care representatives have assured me many times that it was going to be my last call and I would be getting a refund in 3 days and 85 days have been passed since then. You took all my bank details and IDs and refund was credited to my wallet without asking me as I never created any account or wallet. Just credit my money back to my bank account.

I booked air ticket from Guwahati to newdelhi through travolook cost 2849 rs .But no ticket was confirmed.customer care replied because of technical reasons ticket was not booked.till now no refund was done.every time customer care replies within a week amount will be refunded.but not done till now

It seems travolook doing some scam intentionally by cancelling the ticket after few minutes by saying there is a difference in fare and not refunding the amount, it's been almost 3 months... Every time they are saying it will credit tomorrow or within 7days and mentally tourchering... They are doing same thing with lot of peoples..

I had booked International air ticket, on 20/6/22, they auto-cancelled it without my knowledge saying fares changed and will refund the same amount in 7-10days time... its been more than 2 months now, But till now they did not Refund back. I've been calling them many times and mailing them but no use.

Explanation of the fraud incident,

Hello,

• My name is Gaurav Shah and writing you this letter to get help in order to get refund from the fraud company. I booked my airline ticket from Vadodara to Delhi on 20 June 2022 from the “https://www.travolook.in” website. Total INR 6563 was deducted from my bank account via debit card and first email I have received from them as my booking is in progress.


Within few minutes I have received another email as my ticket has been cancelled due to fare expiration even though money got deducted from my account.

• On June 20th 2022, I called them right away and they said cannot issue PNR number so my ticket was not issued (different reason then their email). I have been advised that will receive refund in 15-20 days. It has been 2 and a half months yet and I have not received my refund yet.

• On July 20th 2022, I called them and travolook customer support person lied to me that my refund has been issued from their side and something is wrong and need investigation from their side so I waited 10 more days.

• On July 31st, August 2nd, August 5th (called them two times) and August 9th 2022 I called them with all above dates (screenshots attached) and received same answer your refund of INR 6563 has been issued from their end and I will receive in 2-3 days which till now I have not received it.

• This is a clear online fraud from this company and requesting your help as a loyal consumer to get my eligible refund of INR 6563.

I am writing this with utmost frustration with their refund process and support staff conversations, I have been calling from more than 45 days, every week whenever the timeline given by the support team ends, and I get the same answer that the amount will be reflected in a week.

Under no circumstances any refund should take more than 30 days, and if there is a problem then there should be an alternative for the refund, but I can't even connect to someone senior from your side.

This has been going on from 4th july.

I have booked a ticket from TRAVOLOOK Mangalore to Chennai two ways and I have cancelled it approved by Travolook on 14 june 2022 . So many times mail and call but always reply 24-48 hours amount will be credited in your account but 3 months completed till not rcvd amount

It's been 40 days since the booking date.i booked the ticket and I revised a call after 2 3 hours saying that the ticket has been cancelled and the refund will be given.But even after multiple followups refund is not yet given and the customer care is hopeless..None of the customer support email ID's are valid.

I have not received my money for the flight cancellation done about 3 months ago. I was supposed to receive a complete money back as the booking could not be confirmed but the money was deducted.
Just read the above article that one person has been arrested who was duping people under travolook.in
Is this relevant? and if so then how can we get our money back now?

I booked a flight ticket on 14.2.2022 from Travolook website and they cancelled the ticket after the money got deducted from credit card saying the fare difference. They said the amount 4616/- will be refunded in to 3 to 5 working days. But after so many calls and sending emails the amount has not been refunded till date. The cancellation reference is REF[protected]

I have booked ticket ref[protected] but ticket is cancelled.
And I have received below email saying you will get refund but it is almost one month and I have not received any refund.

I am calling daily to customer care for refund & I get same answer saying u will get money back.
But still I haven’t got any money.

If my refund is not happening I will go to CUSTOMER CARE and file case against Fraud.

The refund amount for the same is not yet credited to my original payment source.
