Booked flight with Travolook.in REF ID: REF[protected]. Transaction Id:[protected]. They are not refunding my amount. They have cancelled my ticket on their own. Please help me to get my refund back. Transaction amount is Rs: 4173

I tried to book a round trip through their site after seeing a convincing amount of discount and I booked the flights that charges 8k. It was fr Kochi to Chennai and I made the booking on June 11th. Soon after I transferred the money, I received call from their representatives saying that the flight charge has increased and I need to pay additional money to confirm it. I didn't go ahead with their deal and asked for the refund. Initially, they told me that it will take maximum of 7 days. I called them again after 10 days and mailed a complaint too. I got a descent reply saying that the refund will be credited within 15 days to the maximum and I was waiting patiently as everyday checking for any updates. It has been 26 days and I didn't get my money back. Today I called them again and they were again asking me to wait for another 5 days. They are trapping people by fake testimonials and keeping others money for more than a month without giving them any interest. If they could trap minimum of 50 people like this by offering interesting offers they can keep lakhs of money without paying any interest. Its better to go for some public pocket picking
rather than using others money for free of cost. I asked them to pay back the interest for the money they are keeping for free. I have seen many similar complaints registered online but no authority is taking action against this agency yet

I have booked tickets in travo look but it got cancelled and they have not been refunded my money till now

I have booked my ticket from lucknow to bhubneswar. But they didn't give me my reference id number... One email I received which is regarding failed payment.. But another payment I received within 5 min saying the payment is successful. I don't know what's the actual status of my flight as they did not send me the reference number and I'd also.. Please help me

I had book my ticket in travolook
They had diducted my amount rs 7171
After few minute they call back and say your flight is cancelled and I can refund you in 24hrs
But complition of 1 months they do not refund my amount
I call in customer care they give answer your refund transfer in your travolook wallet
I request 1july plz send in my account they answer me ok I will try to send in next Monday.
6 July today I call in customer care they give answer I am not refund in your account I had already refund in your travolook wallet
There is what policy, customer refund not send in his account but send travolook wallet
My request is to send my refund in my account.

Hi, I booked ticket through travolook that was later cancelled but i haven't received refund for the same since past 35 days.They asked me to wait 10-15 days every time i called them and sometimes even the call was not connected.They do not reply to my mails.On checking the internet i found many reviews citing that they never refund the amount.
Kindly help.

Ticket booed from Hyderabad to Raipur was cancelled due to increase in price as told by agency representative . The amount is not yet refund.

Contacted them through mails and calls many times and every time they say technical error in refund of money.

I booked a flight on 8th May 21 to travel from Imphal to Ranchi by Travolook.in under the reference ID no. REF[protected], PNR was not generated and ticket got cancelled after paying the amount. Contact Travolook customers care telephonically as well as E-mailed.They always promise to refund within 10-15 days however didn't refund.
Request help me to refund the amount and save others traveller from such fraudulent activities.

UPI FRAUD OF RS 4845/- Travolook is a website for flight booking, i made a booking through a friends UPI and the money was debited and a mail of booking in progress came, within few minutes another mail came that the booking had been canceled and the amount would be refunded without any timeline, when i called the toll free no [protected] they informed that the refund will be processed in 10-15 working days which is very high, i called the airline (Indigo) they confirmed that in case of cancellation they refund the amount within 48 hrs, also while asking for refund status or why it would take such long, multiple times on travolook's toll free no. they ask to be on hold and abruptly cut the call, this along with multiple similar complaints on online consumer forums concern me if i would get back my money on time (travelling due to urgent work and borrowed this amount for urgent purpose only which is now gone)

I booked flight on June 22nd 2021 to travel on June 26th 2021 from Vijayawada to Bangalore .Money got deducted from my bank account and flight booking was not confirmed.i got a mail saying booking was cancelled due to fare expiration . Immediately I got a call from travolook saying money will be credited with in 10-15 days I called them after 10days they told me it will take another 1 week.this is fraudulent website don't seem like they are going to refund my money please help me to get my amount refunded back

I booked air ticket on 5june, but due to some issue they cancelled my ticket and mailed me it will reflect in Ur account after 10, days; it's been a month and I had not received my refund. Also not responding over complaints and call.

I booked a flight ticket on 12 June . But due to some hire increase tickets not booked. Travolook rec'd payment from me. But till today 2july 2021 they not refund me any amount. So many time I complained on his website . But daily rec'd only one answer your refund in process plz wait. So I want to solve this problem n plz pressure him to give my refund soon

I booked Air ticket with travolook on 23.03.2021 for Vizag to hyd for 26.05.2021 and return ticket for 06.04.2021. I initiate for cancellation of ticket on 24.04.2021 to travolook and same has been confirm by them by mail that your ticket has been cancelled, however i started getting indigo air line confirm ticket message for boarding scheduled just before the schedule departure, when i approached to indigo airlines and asked how i getting message for boarding with reminder when i already initiated to cancel ticket with travolook, they said that your ticket has not been cancelled by travolook, then i immeditely asked the air lines to cancel the booking and air line confirmed that refund will be sent to Travolook and you can claim from them, however travolook confirm that you will not get refund as it is not refundable.
• When i requested to cancel the ticket with travolook more than month before why the ticket was not cancelled by them, we already have mail proof.
• If re-fund was not available how indigo has confirmed that refund will be sent to travolook and you can claim the same from them.

I initiated for booking on 22.03.2021 for Air ticket travelling from Vizag to Hyd for 26.05.2021 and return ticket 04.06.2021 with TRAVOLOOK after booking my amount of Rs.13902 have been deducted from account however i got a call from Travolook that your booking has been cancelled by Travolook due to fare expiration and refund will be given in 15 working days after regular mail and toll free we get hardly reply from them and still we did not get refund amount. We request you to please check and get the refund .

On 30/06/2021 i have booked a tickt for my friend, but after the payment amount got deducted from my a/c but ticket got cancelled..Their called from their customer care no also, even they said that refund amount will be credited. while booking the ticket it was showing refundable, but when i recieved the cancellation mail their it was mentioned that their is no refund policies.

I want a clear suggestion and clear answer bcz i hv not cancelled the ticket, its cancelled from the company its self.Either refund the amound or reschedule the date

I had made flight booking with this Company on February 26, 2021 and March 05, 2021, which was cancelled by them at the time of booking itself due to fare issues and refund was processed. Initially they said they will take 45 working days for refund to get processed, after that every time i called they said within 5 - 7 working days it will happen. Its been 4 months now i have not received refund of my money.

I have booked flight ticket in travolook on May 12th travolook team said that flight cancelled and refund amount will be process on 10 to 15days but still not credit amount after few more days come to know that fraud company am request to all please don't use this website and loss your money like me.

I booked a ticket from travolook from BAGDOGRA to Delhi on 27 March 2021 and not booked and amount deducted from my account and travolook says amount refund in 10 to 15 days but till date amount is not refunded.

Booked a flight with amount Rs.3787 and money got deducted but received a mail saying BOOKING cancelled " Your booking is Cancelled due to fare expiration". One of their executive called and informed booking cancelled due to fare expiration and money refund will be done in 10 to 15 days.

Tried to reach them through calls and mails but no response.

Myself Parveen Tomar from Gurgaon, I booked a ticket on[protected] from Delhi to Varanshi in Go Air G8 1404. But after 2-3 min my Booking is Cancelled with travolook.in: REF[protected]
After this one girl call me and said you amount will be refund within 15-20 days.
But actual problem is that they are doing same with all peoples everyday and make huge money. I read all reviews about travolook and they are doing same with all their client
So I request you to please take an action against them as soon as possible and refund my money
I will be very thankful to you
