Treehouse Nursery School — Fees refund

I, Jinal patel staying in Ahmedabad. I have visited the Tree house (Malabar county-ll, Vaishnodevi circle, Ahmedabad) for Admission inquiry in March. During visit management told me to give payment cheque. I had given cheque of Rs. 22, 500 and collected the admission form. During that time lockdown was announced and schools were closed. Though I didn't submitted the admission form as I don't want admission online as my child is first time admission hence it's not possible to study online by 2.5 years old baby. I have waited for sometimes for reopen the school but not happened. Then I have contacted the Tree house for refund of fees as my job location also changed but they directly denied for fees refund despite admission form also not submitted. They directly said, we don't have any provision for fees refund, you have to forget this money. Is this the way of cheating of people by big names ?
