Hi,

I have placed order for a sofa cover in Nov 2023, ORDER ID - TZ147139,
The color of product shown in images is different than which got delivered also product is very bad in quality. When I an trying to email them on "[protected]@trendize.in" I am getting an auto delivered email saying there inbox is full.. and they can receive any emails. When messaged them on watsapp number mentioned below there is no response also it says the number is switched off. Also when trying the calling number no one is answering.

Please help me get my refund of amount Rs. 6498/- ASAP.

Please help in reporting this ecommerce platform as fake/fraud and should be taken off from google or anyother such sites where they are operating/adervertising and please help prevent such fraud companies from doing any business also if they hold any licesnce should be banned or rejected.
