Trendon Epay Kerala — fraud transaction on my sbi credit card

Hello,

I am holding a sbi credit card. I got a call from a person with mobile number [protected] & [protected]. The person told that she is calling from sbi credit card verification department to verify my address and to redeem reward points on my credit card. She also said that i will get a letter and gift at my address. Before sharing any information to her i wanted to confirm whether they are genuine person or not? So, i asked her could you tell my card number and current outstanding balance? She told exact correct information and i believed on her. Then she said that i will get a message on my mobile for verification of customer so that the benefits will be accredited to my account. By mistake i shared the code which was an otp for online transaction which i didn't care that time. Later i realized that it was fraud call who misguided me to do the transaction. Therefore, i request you to take a serious action on the mentioned merchant as well as the person on which those mobile number have been issued.
