I have ordered one kurti online on 13-OCT-20 for Rs. 499/- Only. But I didn't receive any message or email for my payment amount . So far I haven't received my item also. I have sent 2 queries on your website. No response from your side. I couldn't find any contact number either. Finally I got this id. Here am providing the transaction details. Please help me to receive my item.

Hello, My complain has not be resolved. How you can mention that it is resolved. I got only debited information in my bank account with transaction number. other than that no message or email sent to me. really we are not satisfied with your website. After putting order and while complaint, i have seen many complaints that amount deducted but product did not received. If i know this before really i didn't order in this website. Expecting your response!
