Trendywestern.com/ — Took my money and did not deliver product

try complaining to the payment gateway which was used to make the payment. Next time shop from stores with prices. first google them, their location and they should have a google business listing like all other stores.

This is happened with me also. They have done fraud with you. Facebook should to block this website.

There is a website trendywestern.in from where I order a Lime Green casual shirt worth Rs 999/- in the beginning of September. As COD option was not available initially I cancelled the order as I was skeptical in trusting some random site. Now one person called me and said that COD is available and she forcefully booked my order.
However since the price was only Rs 999/- I did not argue much and agreed.
The courier got delivered today Morning. As usual I paid the amount and received the package. When I opened it I found an used cloth and that too not even worth Rs 100.

I tried to see if I could return or atleast raise a complaint, but too my utter surprise they have dsiabled the review option and also there is no way to connect.

I just want to alarm that please do not trust any of these online FB shopping options.
Rather book from authenticated online shopping sites.

Also I am going to raise a Consumer complaint and see how can I inform majority of people to avoid being cheated.

They have blocked me also.

Now they have opened another site mvastram.com to cheat people again.

I also got cheated by them. I ordered 2 tops from trendywester.com and they did not send any status of shipping. So i contacted the through mail. They did not respond. Qhen i put comment on fb they blocked me. Its very disappointing.

Am a student and i started work frm home and earned a little and thought of buying some clothes and ordered in that fake site

My mother in law had order saree from #Trendywestern.com site on 9th October and also did online payment. Today is 27th October and still not received my order. It was Birthday gift and not getting delivery on time.
Even I have not received any msg or mail from your site. Only booking msg I have received after that I have not received any message or mail.
This is first time I have order from this site and experience is very bad.
If they don't have this saree in stock then why they are posting such products not giving my money back. I am sure this site is fraud and only taking money from people.
I am attaching screen shots of order confirmation. I have written same mail from my mother in law id to their customer service no reply on that mail also. Attaching screen shot of same.
Hope you will solve this issue as soon as possible.

I ordered a suite from trendy Western ORDER #TW13688 on 24 th Oct but since then there is no information from them about product delivery, I paid in advance.

Even I sent them many mails but no response..
Please help how should we recover our money??

I had purchased from Trendy Western 13th October. Got a confirmation message too which informed that you will notify you when it ships.order (#TW10339) but still haven’t got any message or email on the shipment.
Only now got to know it’s a fraudulent website... how do get the amount refund?
