Hi, I received a call before a week who claimed to be saying as from Samsung company and told me that I was selected in lucky draw winning a samsung mobile J7 & a watch which can be bought just for RS.3500. Now I received a broken Laskhmi statue which does not even RS.500. I called the number back [protected] - They keep disconnecting my call saying they will refund money in 2 days ( No details were collected from me ). I'm afraid I was cheated. Please take necessary actions. I hope they are doing this for very long time & many are cheated because I heard other persons talking to some other customers in same way. Please help me get a refund.I'm from a poor family.

but there is no mobile in that parcel. Only the lakshmi dollar and some devotional product worth very cheap. I have a mobile number for this purchase. Now they are not responding me. [protected] is that number.
