Treonwheels.com — Non delivery of Complete item

I have made an order to www.treonwheels.com on 14/7/2014 but the tyres that i have ordered was delivered to me after a regular follow up on 27/7/14 but again the its integral & very important part to fix tyres i.e. Nozzles have not delivered along with tyres, as per their executive www.tyreonwheels.com have again send it through any courier but they are not providing any proof of delivery / courier name or tracking no of the courier so that i may track it.
But with out the nozzles, i am unable to install the tyres & running with problems, everyday i need to pay for tyre checks
WWW.TYREONWHEELS.COM also promised me for a gift hamper if i purchase a set of 4 tyres of JK tyres's make but same has also not received yet. Response of the executives is very rude & un-supportive, they did not reply to the mails that i have done & they disconnect the phone when i submit my request no., its is being chased on daily basis but as per them they are not responsible if it not get delivered
Please find attached mails shared with them but no response received till day.
I am running with old tyres with worn off condition, which may result into breakdown of car on the way at any time.
